I have used two boards on my machines. Never had any issues. - RAMPS 1.4 SB Premium (https://www.tindie.com/products/staticboards/ramps-14-sb-premium/?pt=ac\_prod\_search). - Azteeg Mini Smoothieboard. (Controllers)

Form 1 looks pretty awesome. Have you thought about building a RepRap printer?

I would first check the extruder and make sure it is snug.
