Hi Kevin, If I remember correctly the temp probe was replaced in a later issue, have you installed the new one as you temp probe might have failed resulting in it reporting the wrong temp? James

I built one for my son and it seems to print ok, not great quality but ok for him to play about with. I don’t recall having any issues with the USB but if your computer is failing to recognise it then it’s a driver issue rather than the printer, what OS are you running?
