Do pei sheets stick onto aluminium plates?

Is there a pei sheet in the size 220x220x250? As I’m getting the creality ender 3.

So the build volume for the ender 3 would be 220x220x250?

Also quick question, if I want to change nozzle and bed temps do I change it in Cura or the on the actual printer?

I watched a build video and it appears the most of the main components already come assembled. Including the power supply. Just concerned that some users are having difficulty to get the printer to print nicely using Cura. Would the CR-10 settings work with just changing the build volume to 220-220-…
