I would like something robust and standalone. We had a prusa and there was always something to adjust. We don’t use the printer so often we need something reliable. The BCN3D looks pretty cool. What is the advantage vs a Makerbot, a Zortrax or an Ultimaker? thanks

Hi, We would like to get a FDM printer to complement our Form2. Some time ago I already asked but our budget now got smaller. I was thinking in a Ultimaker S5, but it is pretty expensive. For 3000euros/dollars, what would you recommend? cheers,

Hi there, What FDM printer would you recommend for 5000-8000 euros/dollars? I was thinking about an Ultimaker 5 (will my prusa filaments be ok for it?) We have a Form 2 and we are very happy with it, but the resin is expensive, we would like to find a FDM option thank you in advance regards,

I am surprised about the fact that I’ll have to set it up very often. I’m happy to mount it and play with it, but in a long…

Thanks for the answers. I didn’t say what we are using the printer for. We build many prototypes or small setups (for testing electronics…), so a 3D printer would be better than making drawings and bringing the parts to the mechanical workshop. The 3D Prusa I3 P3Steel can easily print 100 microns…

Hi there, I am new here and I am pretty new to the 3D printing world. All my experience is just ordering same parts at Shapeways and talking to some colleagues. We are interested in getting a 3D printer in my department. We have had a look into technologies and prices. My question is about what ma…
