  • Hi Size would not be an issue, we offer fast service, high levels of accuracy and a large range of materials. We have worked with the marine industry and motor industry. Where are you based?

  • Calling all Brummies (and any other locals) I am interested in having a few open nights at my studio. We have 3dprinting, laser cutting and CNC facilities and I am interested in meeting other printers, designers and makers. Let me know if you are interested.

  • Hi Stephen If you can borrow the part we can mould it for you and create as many as you would like. I have done similar projects for classic bikes.

  • How big are we talking in mm width and lenght? I ask as I am just making a 3d printer with a 1000x 1000 x 1000 mm build volume for printing architectural massing models.

  • Hi Phil We are based in Staffordshire, we can scan your items and print in either FDM or SLA. Can I ask why they need to be in ABS?

  • I have two ultimakers and a printrbot plus and for me it would be printrbot. It worked straight out of the box incredibly easy to use, quality is great. I cannot imagine an easier machine to use.

  • Just need to ask why ABS and not something like Colorfabb XT, which prints like a dream on a Ultimaker 2 and does not smell evil. And yes i spent months tweaking my machine both settings and hardware to get to the point where I get consistent feedback on quality.

  • I always print at 230c using colorfabb in my ultimaker 2 at 40mm/s. Printing at 210c i get guaranteed under extrusion. Also have your modified your extruder yet? It definitely helps. Also i tend to use at least 5 rings of brim to guarantee a flat base.
