Nylon is not a polymer that lends itself to vapor polishing. Vibratory tumbling you can smooth things out but not to a gloss. Not really offered by service bureaus.

No mine does te same. What the OP means by not even touching the bed is. The bed is at the proper height. The probe is clean, However, when the head moves towards the pad in the back right it moves 3 mm in the X axis then stops and gives the failed error. It never makes it over the pad before errori…
