Is it like STOP or just pause?, i had only one problem with a print that occupy almost all area (14cmx14cm) multiple parts LCD says “file error” maybe was tangled spool because i just unroll more filament and then was fine. Try leveling the bed again sometimes filament get stuck if the bed is raised…
