Face Down Sunken in lettering?

I’ve been trying to make something on my Makerbot Gen 5 and there’s sunken in letters face down on it, but when it prints it turns out like in the picture (It’s supposed to say TSI) It’s been put on 100% infil and balanced settings on the Makerbot Print program. [20180328_141916.jpg]
