I have a customer who requires a a number of large parts for a metal casting process. They have requested Taulman Bridge Nylon as a suitable material. I can print this material using my Wanhao D4S but the results are less than impressive and the WARPING is very significant and difficult to contain. Is there a suitable Zortrax equivalent material that will give the temperature resistant qualities on a par with nylon. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Either that or a foolproof way to stop large printed nylon parts from warping on the bed - have tried all manner of suggestions, adhesives etc etc with no great success.

What temps do you need? Zortrax Z-PCABS can be a possible candidate, https://zortrax.com/materials/#cases//case\_3962. The Z-ABS and Z-Ultrat are also printed at a high temperature around 280C so it will be more temperature resistant than normal ABS.
Zortrax doesn’t have a polyamide (nylon) filament.
Z-Glass=PETG+Fiberglas. Not really comparable to nylon.
I have gotten nylon to stick so hard to my build platform that when I remove the part it pulls wood out of it. Im using a pressed wood platform with a sheen of leathercraft cement. I don’t like replacing the platform with each print so I’ve moved on to another idea. I’m trying wood glue with a drier sheet inside the glue (think reinforcing mesh). I’ve printed the phone case featured on my hub with this. Have you considered redesigning the part? I have put slits in areas prone to warp with some success.

You may want to try Z-PCABS for M200.
Zortrax says that it is a highly resistant blend of ABS and polycarbonate (PC) ideal for casings and functional prototypes.
