+1 - The Zortrax has better print quality than any desktop printer I found under $5k that was willing to send samples. Only downside I see to them is build size and proprietary material options (unless you want to void the warranty).
Hey @shashipalsadana, those are really great results! Would you like to share some of your printing experience in our ZMorph community: what type of materials have you tried, print settings that worked best aso? Let me know how this sounds. Cheers
sorry for the late responce you can see the marvin from zmorph in the pictures of our hub, also in the question of the other heads we have use them all of them
laser is 4w so dont expect to cut wood ( need a lot of passes for that) , engraving is easy
check in our facebook page for videos of the laser and dremmel head
can post here your settings ? what kind of material ?
A tip that actually no one tell you , fillament quality is always crucial in fdm printers , actually we minimize almost to 0 the problems in printing by use only hi quality fillaments i suggest you Colourfabb ,Formfutura , proto-pasta ( we have use them and the 3 of them with great results )
Yes , we actually had use in our office allmost all the heads, Zmorph has 3 big possitives open source, rigid contruction ,many different toolheads. The voxelizer is great software and works well ( in 3d printing we use S3D cause we have seen differences in the quality of the print). Is extremely relliable machine about the laser moduleis 2W so is mostly for engrave not for cutting, also is better as practise to save the gcode to SD not print live and the last that until now dont have a wifi connectivity (that you can solve it easy)
