ZCorp 650 Error code help..

We own a zcorp 650 and were wondering if anyone could help us understand why we are getting the error code #40006 when we run the alignment. It indicates that the window needs to be cleaned. We have thoroughly cleaned it several times in every different way we could think of and it still gives us this reading. The window is crystal clear. Is it due to any other issue that it gives this error code.

did you clean the window of the scanner (green light that is scanning the alignment print)

or the window in front of the machine?

I had a similar issue recently and the LED on the pogo was not producing enough light hence the error. From memory, the engineer used some settings in zmonitor to track it down but in the end I needed a replacement pogo card to fix it…
