Just swapped out new mobo from china and when i do the home test Z right motor wont turn , new mobo didn’t fix it , when i swap Z right with Z left it turns any help greatly appreciated.

if it turns when u swapped then let it so.
Must be the cable. Both z motors connect to the same socket. The motor driver drives both motor.
How did you swap the Z motor?
Did you switch the cables on the two sockets on the MB? Then the cables are fine and the socket is defect (or check if no pin is bent).
Otherwise try to switch the cables but keep the same slot connected. If this is working you have a broken cable. You can easily buy ready to use cables at Aliexpress.
Wow thanks for the fantastic response, you hit the nail on the head Nekronomekron i got so wound up i had a brain freeze and didn’t even consider the cable which has a partially broken section . Thanks to everyone for helping i,m bound to be back for more help , hopefully later than sooner, Cheers.
