Good morning,
I have an Anycubic Upgraded Prusa i3 Desktop I tried to print some files and the objects are crushed, for example if the object is round in print I will have an ellipse, from a square base i will get a rectangle, y axis is less than the real value .
Did it print ok before? What slicer? Sounds like a setting in the slicer is wrong or the wrong printer is selected. Also might be an actual hardware issue.
It sounds like your scale in your slicer settings are off. Or somehow the seetings accidentally changed in your E-PROM when calibrating your printer. I would check those two out first. Let me know if it fixes your issue!!!
Best of Luck!

I’ve calibrated the printer several times but I do not know how to do it on E-PROM, the changes are not random, the print is asymmetric but always the same

The printer is this

It’s new and has never printed well, not even the owl_pair.gcode file contained in the kit sd card. I also tried some files downloaded from the internet and several software but the print is not proportionate, the measure of the y axis looks like half the actual value.
