Hello,

Hello,

I’m using CTC dual nozzle printer.

Recently I noticed that my X and Y axes are not in scale. On 100 mm of model they are printing 95 mm. Z axis is ok.

Please do you have any advise for me?

Best regards

Edin.

Sounds like your using rep 2 profiles somewhere. Make sure your always selecting replicator 1 or dual in your slicing profiles and gpx profiles. There is 1 tooth different on the x and y drive gears between the two printers causing a 6% error, which is just about your difference.

you have to compensate for shinkage, i have just gotton the 3d printer and recently printed a rpi case. It was hard and very tight fit till i read the comments on thingverse stating to upscale by 1% or more . Maybe this is the issue?

Thank you Adam,

I think that is problem. I will use Replicator dual because I have two extruders. Until now I had used replicator 2 or 2x.

I am having exactly the same problem after upgrading to sailfish 7.6. I have checked software settings in replicatorg and simplify 3d. Both are down as replicator 1 and I still have same problem? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Check the gpx profile on your process tab in s3d. If your off by 6%, somewhere you have rep2 selected.
