Heya, I’m new to the 3d community, and I’m using Repetier Host with Slic3r. I noticed that on some pieces, the larger sections get the 5 or 10% infill that I set it to, but on thinner areas it just prints them solid. Do the parts have to be a certain width for it to print at the set infill ratio, or do I need to tweak the settings? Or is there another slicer that I can use that will print everything at the infill ratio?

Hi! What version of slic3r are you using? Can you attach your STL and resulting gcode here?
If you look in the advanced box under the infill tab in Slic3r settings there’s an area threshold to force solid infill. Anything below the threshold is solid and above gets whatever infill % you’ve set.
