I’ve received “Welcome” emails saying my is now certified and ready for business but I can only see my Hub if I am logged into my account. Just wondering if I must enter my code from the postcard before my hub can be seen by anyone other than me? I’m still waiting on the postcard, 18 days and counting. Thanks, Steve
Hey @3dpmti, I’m afraid you have to wait until you receive the postcard with the verification code before you become visible in the listings. Once your verification is fully complete, customers will be able to submit orders to you. It should hopefully arrive well before the remaining 18 days, but if it does take longer, please contact our Customer Support team - you can find that link in the website header below Contact.
