Is SLA material or Silicone rubber is good for printing the suction cup which is 3mm-5mm diameter approximately? How much it costs to print the suction cup which is 0.6*0.6*1.2 cm in dimensions?

Are you looking to print a flexible suction cup? Your best bet for material would probably be ninjaflex. However, depending on what you are looking for there are a lot of injection molded suction cups for probably cheaper out there.

Flexible PLA is good for holding glass materials? The suction cup that I need is very small which is 2.8-5mm diameter in size.
