One of my machine can not be started since the temperature always stay around 99%. Sometimes reach to 100% bach withdraw to 99% rather than start the printing.
Today, the screen shows up the Extruder Heating Error. Anyone has the same situation like this?

Probably faulty pcb, extruder cable, or heater cable failure, In worst case it will be motherboard related.
Try any of the first ones as options.

The bug is corrected with the last zsuite software

you just have to put the software on the sd card and launch the machine : the install is automatic.
It’s not. I have 1.0.2 and issue still exists.
What’s odd is that extruder heating on service menu works fine. Just in model printing it has problems.
Same here. Update did not fix problem. Printer is doing this all the time now. I want to try replacing the thermocoupler but they don’t sell that part on their site. Anybody found a good replacement part for that?
I contacted them, and they’ve sent me replacement parts. Works fine now.
