Hello, My Hub (ProtoLab) has been open for business for a couple of weeks (in Germany) and I am getting more and more orders, which is great! The question I have is related to a 7 day family cruise we are taking in two weeks. I won’t have much, if any, internet access during the trip and I will not be able to accept or complete orders, etc.

Any suggestions on what to do with my hub?

Hi @gambeano, I suggest you switch your printers offline for the duration of your trip so that unattended orders don’t affect your ranking . You can do this by going to your Hub Dashboard > Settings > Printers & Pricing and then move the slider next to your printer to offline. When you’re back from your trip, just switch them back online and you’ll start receiving orders again. Enjoy your vacation :slight_smile:

Thanks - I was thinking there might be some sort of notification, like an “out of office” response, but I could not find one.

If you don’t want to go completely offline with your printers, then you could increase the order completion time from 2 to 9 days to take into account your absence, also add a note at the beginning of your hub description to inform customers of your absence right from the hub search results
