Any printer could do that. It looks like each color change is at a different height. I wrote a guide once on how to accomplish that once at https://www.instructables.com/id/Multiple-Color-Printing-With-a-Single-Extruder/ 2

The basic premise is that for everything white would be at a 0-1mm height, then for red 1-2mm, finally finished by the black parts at 2-3mm. The only downside when doing multiple colors this way is that when you turn the print to the side you can see the color changes. But for this design it looks like that part is then inset into the box hiding the sides

I must say, your approach is very clever. When I do this process, I always have to be sure to be there when the PAUSE AT ZPOS happens. With your approach, this is not necessary.
