hi what is the best hairspray for 3d printers in uk

keep peeing with cheap hairspray on big prints

@trigger99 are you looking for that natural bounce and shine? Then try new Pantene Sticky, with Madeupasill.

Seriously, I used to use hairspray but when I bought my last printer it came with a free can of spray glue specifically for printers and it’s a lot better. The one I have is called “3DLac” by Leon3D and it’s great. It’s odour free (so your print room doesn’t smell like a hair salon) and is a bit stickier while at the same time being a little easier to clean away than hairspray.

i stopped using hairspray

sugarwater is the new thing… does not stink, easy to get off

50/50 is how i mix it… 100gram sugar to 100ml boiling hot water… a few drops in the center of build plate (2cm across pool)

heat to 70… use a silicone kitchen thingy and distribute the water… keep doing that until all water is gone

the PLA will bond to it upon contact…
