You can look at the QIDI Tech-1 or the Flashforge Creator Pro, basically the same machine. I have both and they are solid workhorses that do a great job. Both are dual extruder. I think you will find you rarely do multi-color dual extrusion prints so I wouldn’t limit yourself to this requirement. But maybe you will.
Another way to go would be the Original Prusa MK2s as a kit and then maybe add the multi-material option.
