Welcome! I’m not an official SeeMe staff, but I saw this while browsing around 3D Hubs, and so I decided to try and start some discussion here. For those of you who are on the SeeMeCNC forums, I am Nylocke. For those of you who aren’t I would advise signing up for an account there, there’s a lot of good knowledge base and people are willing to help! http://forum.seemecnc.com/index.php

If anyone would like, they can reply with their SeeMe Forum name so we can see who all is here. Hopefully we can transfer some of the great community we have over there onto here.

Hi all,

Last year I received and assembled a seemecnc machine. An advantage but build with a lot of fun. Made some test prints PLA / ABS with great results. Not only system stability, but also detailed result. Now working on a architectural project under NDA so I can not share some pictures or detailled info. If anybody is considering to buy a Rostock max > contact me for support if needed. Also contact me if your deadlines are to short for printvolume / lets see if I have the space available to support.

Kind regards & lets print

Here at Mandrake Imaging, We produce life scans of people then print them as trophies or busts, I just finished a full body figurine. When I decided on a printer i went with the seemecnc Orion Delta because of its vertical build volume and high resolution.

with a nozzle upgrade using abs i am getting an incredible 10 microns per layer!

here are some examples

I am using cube3d 's Sense Scanner I have had Excellent results. I also have built my own laser scanners and used the Kinect to scan but for the value this is a good way to scan.
