Hi there. I’m new to 3d printing, I’ve had my printer for around a month. The first prints were bad, circles turned oblong, and then I tightened a few things. The Benchy is the first (pretty) successful print. I was happy with it, didn’t need to change anything. I then bought a PRINTinZ skin so I didn’t have to use tape, did some adjusting, and the prints where fine. But for some reason, there are vertical lines on my prints, gaps between some layers. I can fix the gaps problem by making infill to 100%, but on big prints that’ll take so much longer. Right now I’m using 40% infill on all large prints. The other 3 images are of the same print, you can see the vertical lines.
I tried fixing it by increasing/decreasing the nozzle temperature, increasing/decreasing the flow %, tried getting an accurate Esteps/mm, increasing/decreasing print speed, infill speed, outer wall speed, inner wall speed, retraction speed & amount. Nothing’s working.
