A week before i have posted a problem about my printers z axis and folks at here advice me to blueprint calibration to fix this problem. I made the calibration but nothing changed then i analyzed the problem and found that electronics of the wanhao are decent.

I have decided to replace melzi board with arduino and ramps. Also i have decided to replace stipstick drivers with real ones like tb6600. I hope i can get more speed and more resolution while printing with this system. Calibration can take sometime and some tests must be done.

The stock system is capable of excellent resolution and speed, you just need to calibrate and tune it. If it’s not working, either you’re calibrating it wrong, or something is broken and you should get a warranty replacement.
