Hallo , I have recently purchased an i3 plus and everything seemed well.
One day I changed the hot end and afterwards level my printing bed.
From then and over I have problems on printing. I can not adjust the p. bed
on the wright height. If it is at the normal distance (counted with paper) the
PLA doesn’t stick on the surface If it is too close it seems like over extruding.
I found after a lot of failed prints of the calibration cube the level that seemed fine.
Afterward I tried to print a tall cooler but the layer bonding failed. After 2 cm of height
not bonded layers started to “crash” with the hot end leaving a small mess behind.
I tried leveling everything… I tried to give more tension on the drive belts and nothing worked
as expected. I was suspecting a curved bed but it seemed fine. What shall I do as next step of trouble shoot? Is there any print to find the adjustment that I am missing??
