I am very new and inexperienced to the world of 3D printing.
Our college has purchased 6 Wanhao Duplicators. 5 being Duplicator 4S and one Duplicator 4.
They all seem to have developed their own personal problems over the last few months mainly with students using them without supervision I presume!
My first question of what I presume will be many…
My Duplicator 4 is not showing a HBP (Heated Build Plate) on the display screen?
I am sure it has one and the connections are all fine… does anyone know how I can reset the printer or something that will bring the HBP back as an option on preheat?
