I’m in Europe and just got my monoprice maker select. I have to convert the power from 110V to 220V, and thought i would need a transformer. When i look at the side of the power supply, there is a small hole with a switch inside. Above it is a barely legible, yellow sticker that shows left: 110 right: 220. Does this mean that if I flip the switch to 220, a transformer would not be necessary?

Nevermind, customer service said I had to get a transformer.

It may be possible it is a dual voltage power supply. I haven’t seen a power supply have a voltage switch when it wasn’t dual voltage. But if you try to switch it over, it would be at your own risk.

Just out of curiosity, did support sell you a 220v power supply or transformer?
