My wife bought me the full subscription to the EagleMoss 3D printer magazine and I carefully built the printer over about a year. The SW was flaky as per other threads on here. i.e. it would only work on one of my PCs. I emailed one of their ‘geegs’ and they didn’t have a clue or seem to care about resolving the problem (it sounds like it could interacting with specific display drivers).
Anyway, I’ve also got two other problems also on this forum.
The vibrating printhead when connected to the PC
The extruder temperature not reaching the required temperature
I don’t expect a solution any time soon. I guess EagleMoss is just a magazine publishing company with no Idea about computer after sales support.
Any body any ideas?
