I am an entry level “old guy” so my knowledge level is low. I started having trouble with this 3d printer as soon as I got it out of the box. I did manage to print the cat, but everything else has been a wash. My biggest problem is , my cat and I managed to lose the SD card. (I think she ate it). I purchased a 4 gig sd card and formatted it for FAT32, but I don’t have a clue what’s on it (the factory card). Can that info be downloaded from some resource? if so, who, where, how much$ etc…?
