i downloaded the Fiber Nozzle Calibration Utility file (https://support.markforged.com/hc/en-us/articles/213753723?flash\_digest=986a71e8f36b3e2b40cb65cecba72a6ec3d49b46) and copied it to my usb stick (fat 32 16gb). i plugged the usb stick into the back of the mark two. selected “print from usb/onboard storage”. the next screen has the reprint and print from storage options greyed out.
it doesn’t seem to be recognizing my usb stick. according to this article:
https://support.markforged.com/hc/en-us/articles/208011606-Offline-Printing-Printing-from-USB
i should see a usb icon in the header of the display. no such icon appears.
btw: there are two usb ports on the back of my printer. one type A and one type B. my usb stick fits in the type A port. what is the type B port for?

Not being familiar with the machine I would say the type B is to hook directly to a computer.
The only thing I could think of on the USB drive is it is to big! Other than that maybe it needs to be re-formatted.

Hi,
I have also a Mark Two.
It works for me (usb stick Fat32 and 32Go). Type A is right.
It probably comes from your Usb stick. Have you try to format your usb storage and try again ?

problem fixed.
the printer didn’t recognize my Toshiba 16GB 2.0 USB stick, but it recognized a Lexar 128GB 3.0 USB stick.
file found and printed.
