I’m printing for nearly 2 years now with my Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2.1 and had no problems until now.
Here’s a picture of the problem i’m dealing with.
You might see the under extrusion at the top holes and at the middle of the part.
I’ve already changed the X-Axis Belt and bearings.
I’m printing with Filamentum PLA and the slicer is Cura.
Here are my overall Stats:
230°C Extruder Temp
60°C Bed Temp
0.15 mm layer height
1.2 mm wall strength
30% Infill
