Unable to upload Hub's Header Picture

Hi everyone!

I’m new on 3d hubs platform.

In order to complete my hub profile, i’m trying to upload a header picture.

Indipendently from size or picture dimension that i trying to upload, the system reply with the same message every time: Picture is too small.

I’ve tryed to find some solution on “talk” but nothing seams to work for me.

(some one suggest to remove invalid vat number, in other cases, simply to resize the picture… but nothing work!!!)
