I’ve tried all sorts of sizes 1100x300 and up with different file types. For some reason I have been unable to upload an image to my header picture. Any advice or help to get it to work right? My more recent attempt was with image of mine:

Just to check - after uploading you still have to scroll to the bottom of the Edit Hub page and click “Save”? Caught me out once - can you confirm you do this step too?

The error msg was the picture was too small, tho I’ll try your suggestion tonight
I am having the exact same issue.
Can someone from 3DHub’s web development team please provide us with a solution, to the side-cropping issue.
