Unable to place an order, next button stays disabled

I’m trying to place an order with 3D hubs. I uploaded an STL file and clicked on “Get Quote”. Then I choose the material. That’s it. The “Next” button stays always disabled and I cannot procede?

Any ideas what’s missing?

that’s pretty weird. do you have a specific hub in mind? i could help you out and ship it to you… just select my hub and send me a message with the STL attached, I can generate a quote for you.

Hi Ernst,

you could always try to send that Hub you’ve chosen a message/enquiry and let them know your having trouble. I’m sure they’ll be happy to help you.

Update: This happens for all hubs or at least for the ones I tried. However, if I click on the gray “View Hob” button I can place an order from the hub page. So that’s what I’ve done now. Just toke a while to find out.
