hi new to 3d printing. i have purchased a ctc 3d dual head printer, downloaded the replicator software from cd and run through the calibration and other test files, all seems good. Problem seems to arise when i try to download makerware software.
I am using a hp mini laptop with windows 7 32 bit, this seems to download ok but when trying to open all i get is a blank window.
When i tried my pc using windows xp it wont even complete download.
Antivirus is turned off and i have uninstalled software from both systems and re-installed, but no joy!

Use Matter Control from matterhackers.com instead. I got inconsistent results with the supplied software. For example when printed 3D benchy on the replicator software, the front of the boat and the stack would be extruded wrong, but using MatterControl with the same exact setting I got great results.
I recommend simplify 3D great software with lots of options.
