Tronxy X3A extruder drops below bed height

Hi all from a complete nooby.

Solved.

Just purchased a Tronxy X3A and spent 2 days assembling it. I have got the auto hpme and auto level function to work but when I try to print the test file the extruder moves to the front left corner (so it is no longer over the bed) then drops about 10mm (so now below the bed) once it has heated up it moves back to the bed but it does not lift so hits the bed. I have tried playing with the Z offset but that makes no difference.

Can anyone please help?

loosen the senor probe and push it down to its lowest setting go to z offset in main setting on your controller push up settings from .50 to 1.00
