hey people, I hope you can help me. this is my very first time ensambling and trying to print with a Tronxy p208e, I followed all the instructions that came with it but when I try to print it keeps heating up and nothing happens :sob: I’ve been waiting like 1 hour and a half and still nothing, here is a picture of the LSD screen. I don’t know what to do

Your bed isn’t heating. You need to find out why. I haven’t seen your printer specifically, but I suggest looking for a fuse or a connection that isn’t correct, then also looking at a potential firmware issue. Also, check that your bed thermistor is properly installed and set up in the firmware.

Hi, thanks for the advice, I fixed the connections of the bed and now it heats, at least when I try the preheat function, but now I tryed to print the leveling test and still doesn’t print, I uploaded a video of what does it do It still doesn’t print =(

now I tried to print the very same file from the previous video :face_with_raised_eyebrow: but this time from the computer and the only thing it does is to heat the extruder and hasn’t reached the max temperature (189.2°/196°), the bed isn’t heating by the way. I don’t have any idea of what is going on or what to do. :sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob::sob: again I uploaded a video of what is happening. please help

I have no further assistance for you. I don’t own this printer and am unable to answer these questions for you. My Prusa, which is similar, had an owner’s manual with troubleshooting included, you may be able to find one for your printer.
