Popped my printer (QIDI TECH 1)on before i went to walk the dog today and came back to the following on the display panel:-

TOOL 0 FAILURE

TEMP LIMIT REACHED.

PLEASE POWER DOWN

I haven’t used this printer in about a week but was working fine before. I have read it could be a few things.

First to try is temp sensor connections I do believe IE to motherboard (Which sounds like i need to take a lot to bits)

Any help would be grand!

Probably sensor but I would contact QIDI before you mess with it. They have excellent customer service and will ship your parts to you free of charge. http://www.qd3dprinter.com/en/page/contact/contact.php

Good Luck

Agree, contact QIDI. Send them pics etc of the issue.

Cheers Guys

I have emailed them and let you know how i get on. I did have a tweak of the cables in to the coupler and powered it up and it switched on ok.

Definitely a faulty conection
