Robin from 3D Hubs here! You can easily change the address of your Hub by going to: Online 3D Printing Service | Instant 3D Printing Quotes | Hubs 1
Please do keep in mind that if your location was previously verified you will have to go through the same process again.

I’m afraid that verification is only available for level 3 Hubs or higher at the moment. We’re running a trial on this new feature.

I can assure you, I didn’t disappear. We’ll probably roll out verification to the rest of the platform later this year. We’re currently still in a trial period and once we’re ready to allow the rest of the Hubs to get verified as well, we’ll let you know
