Hi, i’m using a CTC replicator clone which has been mostly no problem but right now, an odd misalignment problem seams to have appeared.

When testing with a cally box, the base of the box is at one point (for example, 0x0) but the walls start at 1x1, slightly misaligned both to the right a bit and backwards. when it comes to the roof of the box, it’s back to the 0x0 alignment.

When I print more complex shapes, the layers are slightly all over the place by that small amount, which gives very noticeable problems. I’m been doing a bunch of tests and finding out very little… All I can seam to find out is that only the top and bottom, where it’s more “solid” has this problem, but the main box itself with a 20% infill, is off alignment, or, of course, the top and bottom are. it’s a bit hard to tell. but like I said, the only difference seams to be where it has to print more filament.

any advice or possible routes to check out?
