This morning I received an order at 5:18am and you system sent the following message to the customer:

Thank you for your order.
I will check your requirements and the manufacturability of your designs as soon as possible, on average I get back to customers in 0 sec.

In case you have additional questions please reply to me here.

Also, there was no text ~8am telling me I had an order waiting for my response, nor did I get a text at 9:18am stating 4 hours has passed since the order was placed. Is (was) there an issue this morning with the text service or you connection to it? This has impacted my metrics (unless you set me as 0 second response time, that I would be ok with this hit!)

I have not received texts today also. But I also have emails set and have got those fine today for the orders that came in.

I am also seeing other bugs. I cannot select multiple files under “Add Attachments”, I used to be able to do this, now the spinning upload icon in the attachments section appears for a second or two, and uploads nothing. I can single file upload normally.

Same with me also.

Just got back home and only when I checked my email I noticed that I have received another order request.

No text-message received and also a reply to the customer saying that my average response time is 0 seconds!
