Teleport API. Designer Tip

I’m working with Teleport API and I’ve been able to send a print model to a cart through the API, everything works fine. But I got troubles with the “designer tip”, I can not assign a tip to a designer because I don’t know how to fill the uuid field in the Json file. Which is this user ID? Where can I find it? In which format?
