Hi, I believe the right side (Model 1) sensor of the Model material RFID unit is not working properly on my printer. When I insert it into the left (Model 2) slot, it is detected properly. However, it does not detect properly in Model 1 slot. I got it to detect briefly after it was not working, but I can no longer anymore. I tried make sure all the cables are seated properly, the push pin at the top is fully pressed in when the cartridge is inserted, and tried to push the sensor closer to the tag. Does anymore know where I could get a replacement RFID unit and approximate costs? Or other things I could try to get it working again? This is bad and cannot just use Model 2 slot because when I try to do full shutdown of the printer, it says the Model/Support Material must be inserted into Slots 1, otherwise it will not continue. Also, does anymore shutdown their printers without going through the shutdown process if not going to use for 1-2 days? Seems like a waste of energy to leave the machine on 24/7 and only use sporadically. Thanks so much.
