Hello, i have had my Anet A8 for a little over a month. however on a longer print the filament go twisted around itself and got jammed but i never realized it so the motor was constantly pulling at it but getting nothing done. after this happened i have had issues with my printer as described below.
My printer starts and moves around up and down perfectly fine. When i start a print it starts correctly doing the first layer. However after layer 3 the filament stops coming out. I decided to take the whole extruder apart and i do not see any problems with it. the only issue i found was that the heat rod in the hot end was loose and fell out.
-when i manually extrude the filament with my hands or in the settings it works perfectly fine so its not a clog and doesn’t appear to be a motor issue.
-I am using black hatch-box PLA
-The slicer i am using is currently Cura versions 3.2.0 and 3.2.1
i appreciate any help i can get
