Hi,

Could anyone help me acquire the .stl files to print the parts in the attached drawings?

Thanks,

Nigel

Are the dimensions 44 x 44 x 0.5 mm?

CBrown35,

I believe it is a cube 44mm x 44mm x 44mm. It has a radius of 0.5mm on each edge.

Whit the top, box is 44x44x44,5. Is an error?

Cheers

Hey Nigeletaga,

Below is the link to the .stl fil which you required and an image to show what the bevel is like. All specifications are correct. There may be some scaling involved depending on what application it is loaded onto, but all sides will be correct after it is scaled. If you ever need future models just get in touch. I hope this helps.

Hi gift3d,

That is kind of you thanks very much indeed.

Are you UK based, if so could I order the parts from you?

Kind regards,

Nigel.

Hi again,

I am based in the UK, near the Preston area. If you would like the part printed I can print black or white at the moment. I could get another colour but it may take a few days. If your interested let me know as my hubs is currently offline due to the amount of work I’ve got to do, but I could definitely put it back online if you required the part. My pricing is low as I’m not out there for profit. Just get in touch and I can arrange something.

Look forwards to hearing from you

They are 2 separate parts as dimensioned to be individually printed and assembled together at a later date.

That is good news. Could you give me a price for 10 extrusions and 20 endstops?

unfortunately I would like them to be translucent but I could wait a few days.

Thanks again

Nigel

Sorry but what do you mean by extrusions and endstops?

I’ve also got a Da Vinci, which has its own filament range, but doesn’t seem to have translucent. Maybe if tell me about the intended purpose I could work something out.

Hope to hear back from you and discuss setting up an order.

Hi there! I assume you refer to the flat part as “endstops” and the hollow tube is the “extrusion”. Depending on the needed transparency I would advise to cut and heat-bend the parts out of thin plexiglass (PMMA or PC)

Hi,

Unfortunately I am encumbered with a NDA so I am required to be vague.

If possible a material that will allow light through would be fine.

Nigel

Hey Nigel, would you be happy with a white filament with a low density infill, this would allow light to be seen through slightly. If so let me know and I can reactivity my account to start an order. How many are you looking for and what do you mean about endstops and extrusions?

Hope to hear back from you.

Hi Nigel,

I’m a hub based in London and can print the parts for you. Let me know if you still need help doing them and I can get back to you with a price.

Cheers,

Marc
