I have a Prusa i3 Clone which I’ve had working perfectly at one point but returning after a while it’s not going so well.

While printing a 20mm calibration, the first 10mm or so look fine but after that, the layers look like they are not sticking properly. When measuring the cube after printing, the layer height looks correct (within 0.2mm). Although it can easily be pulled apart from this half way point.

My nozzle is 0.4mm with 0.32mm set for extrusion. (this has been decreased to 0.26 for troubleshooting)

105% flow (this has been increased to 110% for troubleshooting)

Extrusion heat 215C (Increased to 225 for troubleshooting).

Any ideas what else this could be? My Z steps are the same in Marlin 1.1.8 that I’ve used in the past.
