Slipped Layers

I am using Prusa i3. Layers of the back side of my print not perfectly alinged. Some of the layers slipped outside of the frame of my design. And i still couldn’t find a way to close top of my print properly. Could you help me?

What are your print settings? Material? What slicing software are you using? First glance, it looks like the layer height is really thick, but it will be easier to figure out what’s going on once we see your setup.

Make sure your belts are tensioned enough! I had the exact same issue and tightened up the Y axis belt and fixed the problem just like that. Good luck !
