So the last thing that needs to be addressed in my hub is shipping. I have no idea where to start. How am I supposed to give an estimate on shipping if I have no idea where Im shipping to or how long will it take? Which shipping service should I use? Thanks in advance for guys patience and advice.

I’m new to this as well, and just went with the United States Postal Service. The cheapest option I could find were their smallest flat rate boxes, which lets you pay $6.80 to ship that small box anywhere in the country. It is way more expensive for international shipping, but I don’t see that happening too often. Hope this helps you out.

Hey Arealious2016,

I had similar troubles when I was first setting up my shipping options. If your not sure on the pricing I’d advise doing what I did. At the bottom section called ‘Pricing Model’ there is a drop down box that will already be set to ‘Flat rate’. By changing this to ‘Per Order’ it means you can choose the price for shipping.

I’d recommend commenting in the details about how the pricing may vary Eg. ‘Pricing is based on the shipping cost plus packaging of your selected item(s)’

This means your pricing will be set at a ‘To be defined’ status rather than a pre calculated amount.

Hope this helps.

Can you explain this further, or point to a link of this fact. I am unable to see this is true. I am not being argumentative, I just cant see this. You are saying if I want to mail a box that is 12 oz, I can just put a stamp on it???
