I like how the rigidbot is expandable, but I want the plug-n-play usability of the series 1. While price is a consideration, reliability takes precedence. I’m also concerned about reselling if I buy something expensive.
Hey @CaptainBisquick, basically the links you shared from our printer guide already include a sum-up of the community’s experience on those 2 printers. So there isn’t that much to add to it. You can always check the individual communities here on Talk, namely Type A Machines 1 and RigidBot 2 and see what other Hubs have shared. Hope this helps
Especially since I just wrote our social media policy for the employee hand book today, I’m morally (and from socially media policy) obligated to say that I do tech support for TAM, so if something goes wrong with a printer it’s easier for me to fix the issue quickly than it would be for most people, but I really do love the printers, especially the new 2015s, theyre super nice and quiet, and have a heated bed. You can contact our sales people (sales@typeamachines.com) for sample prints and if you’re in the area, you can feel free to take a tour of our facilities
